There's been hearing some "mixed messages" from the Federal Government lately on vaccine research and advice particularly when it comes to mixing two different doses. Ottawa Bureau Chief and host of "The West Block," Mercedes Stephenson looks to make sense of those mixed messages.

Getting the masks off is a high priority for most of us these days and we slowly emerge from COVID-19. Some, may be more comfortable leaving them on. A professor of clinical psychology, has the answers to the questions of why some people suffer anxiety around removing their masks, while others don't.

Earlier this week the Government announced an ease of restrictions surrounding quarantine rules for fully vaccinated travelers. The "Travel Lady" Lesley Keyter weighs in on whether or not it'll be enough to get people booking trips and back on airplanes.
