To Judge or Not to Judge

In this episode Paul talks about a topic that he struggles with and something that can be damaging for leaders to do... and that is judging. Matthew 7:1 says that we should not judge others, as we will be judged in the same way (and by the same measure).

When leaders judge others we establish unrealistic expectations, whether we know it or not.
