This meditation practice is about taking inventory of the thoughts, and mind. We are imagining the mind as a garden, and allowing ourselves to reflect on the care required to create a positive space. Through this practice we are setting intentions, and goals to better prioritize what we need. We are using the mantra, "My mind is a garden, and with care it blooms" to continue to imagine cultivating a strong mind full of potential.
