By now, most of you’ve heard of Contrology, the name Joe Pilates gave his exercise system, but have you ever heard of Pauseology? In this episode, Pilates studio owner, Sandra Schonrock, our guest who lives in New Zealand was having a rough time during menopause and while researching ways to help ease her discomfort she realized that if she was receiving conflicting information, other women were too, and an idea was born. Her studio, Contrology New Zealand Authentic Pilates, is attracting many women seeking ways including exercise to ease the challenges that menopause brings. 

But Contrology is just a part of the Pauseology brand and Sandra has been on a mission to introduce her students to the best health products and medicines New Zealand has to offer to help mitgate menstrual symptoms. Although Pauseology is designed for women, it can also impact men as they see their wives, daughters, sisters or mothers suffering.
