We live in a very complex world. With email, social media, and other online distractions, it is so easy to get swept up in the busyness of everyday life. This is not where fulfillment is found. In episode 158 of Relate, we discuss how fulfillment is obtained and happiness achieved the more we remove unnecessary things from our lives. The more simple we make our lifestyle (at least to an extent), the more fulfillment we will find.
