"The infant mortality rate in Cuyahoga County (the county where Cleveland is located) is one of the highest in the United States. Of the 13,925 babies born in Cuyahoga County in 2019, 120 didn’t make it to their first birthday. The numbers are especially concerning for African American babies."- First Year Cleveland
