In Season 4 Episode 53, Kyle Hill and I discuss equity through the lens of an administrator who supports students and staff with unique needs and uses the power of teams to leverage success for students, families, and the community. Kyle is the founder of RechargED Family and reminds us that there are a lot of people in education with good hearts.
Kyle Hill has worked in special education for 25 years. Currently, he works district-wide as a resource lead, in an attempt to help educators support all the students within their diverse classrooms. His greatest passion and job though is being a father of 3 kids who all have their own unique needs. Because of his experiences in education and as a father, Kyle became the founder of the RechargED Family. This organization provides free content and resources for parents, educators, and community members through his podcasts, the RechargED Educators, the RechargED Family, and various RechargED Family Virtual Events. You can connect with Kyle on all social media platforms @rechargedfamily.
