I can feel and experience Forgiveness and Compassion for myself & my abusers. I know that it's so vital to feel safe and have trust in my self. That is the catalyst for Unconditional Love. Especially as I continue to heal I recall new levels of abuse, trauma, muscle memories and subconscious memories coming to consciousness. This is something you deal with every second of every day. I know it is always a personal choice to experience my life from Fear or from Love.’
