Should you workout when you're tired? There are two things to dissect in this question and I'll cover both. If you're tired/fatigued from not sleeping, life, stress, etc... should you workout? If you're avoiding certain workouts because certain body parts are tired (i.e. legs are tired so should you run on tired/sore legs?)
