Set in postwar 1946 London, Bookish follows bibliophile Gabriel Book, who runs a secondhand shop and solves crimes through his encyclopedic literary knowledge. Created by Sherlock's Mark Gatiss and historian Matthew Sweet, this “cozy crime with an edge” brings vintage aesthetic and wit to a world still reeling from the aftermath of The Blitz.
