Martin ‘The Viper’ Foley claimed he struck a secret deal with CAB to be allowed keep his home in exchange for dropping a case against a supergrass witness, a court has heard.

The veteran criminal and his wife were in court today in a last-gasp effort to keep their family home from being seized by the State.
