Her name is Helle Østergaard Kristiansen, and at 43 she is the CEO of Danske Commodities, a 15-year old energy trading company that has become a major player in international energy trading.
We talked to Helle about what energy trading is all about, why it matters so much in the green transition and what it means to be the only woman in an industry that is overwhelmingly dominated by men.
