Ladies, recording this episode because as usual, I need to hear it.
You know how we lower the bar for ourselves when we're in a difficult season? Maybe it's sickness, pregnancy, newborn-haze, etc. or maybe it's moving to a new house or dealing with the death of a loved one.
Those are the times that absolutely warrant us going into a bit of "survival mode" health and fitness-wise. But what about when we come out of it?
Sometimes we forget to raise the bar back UP, and we get stuck in that spot as our new normal.
We need to be real with ourselves as to what phase we are actually in, and hold ourselves to THAT standard.
