She introduces Yoga Fit Life, a program that allows participants to take classes on their own time and choose classes based on their energy level for that day. With classes ranging from 10-55 minutes, participants can mix and match to create their personalized routine.
Laura also shares the benefits of yoga, including improved joint health, posture, and mobility. She also shares how the absence of competition in yoga can promote self-acceptance and non-judgment.
