Jakub Szylak is a personal trainer based in Miami FL. Jakub has a performance and athletic strength training background, but his current focus is training general population clients, in particular executives, and coaching them in optimizing their lifestyle through exercise and building skill for their everyday needs. Jakub is passionate about building communities in the health and fitness realm and working to lift others up through improving their overall well-being. Jakub is currently training for Hyrox.
