Do not miss these highlights:
00:47 We are in the Live Launch Secrets episode series number three.
01:06 What we're doing here is unpacking the complete live launch highly proven method that we implement with our claims that we have been using for years to attract and enroll dozens of claims at a time.
02:45 This episode, let's talk about your Launch Event.
03:08 The Launch Event is an extension of your brilliance. It's going to determine the quality of claims that you bring into your ecosystem.
03:50 Something that is super helpful to know is that the more specific your launch event is, the better.
04:17 Your content and your brand should be fully representing you as a person, and not just merely an entrepreneur.
04:40 Being specific to your promises on your Launch Event, the better. Avoid getting too colorful, too broad, or too vague with our message.
08:50 People are looking for a very specific type of expert.
09:10 Your specific message works two ways.
09:52 We’re talking about the art and science of Live Launching so much because I can give you this entire framework.
10:08 But ultimately, you will have to pull in your own voice, your own shared experiences, and your own journey.
10:55 What is ultimately the promise of your offer? What is somebody going to walk away knowing, doing, or experiencing?
11:45 I look at the three big lucrative money-making spaces, health, wealth, relationship, and about red and blue oceans.
12:27 What we want to do is create a Category of One, and that is what we do for you.
12:50 The better you position your launch event, the more you're going to have people coming in and see your conversions.
13:08 The first step is to go deep and think about a powerful position you can use on a topic you could teach that's going to be aligned with your offer.
13:58 Example is we make you go through each of the steps to be able to get clients consistently, which is the ultimate promise of our 10KCC offer.
15:30 Once we've done a Design Your High Ticket offer, that's one pillar of the overall framework of what we teach in our 10K Content Collective.
15:57 One of the things we haven't even touched on yet is, what is your enrollment process?
16:40 This podcast title I know will resonate with a lot of you because we hear over-teaching in launch events.
17:31 So Instead what I want you to do is to give value in a way that really helps them think differently, feel differently, and do differently.
18:06 Your primary responsibility is to help them overcome limitations. Basically, give them permission to go after what they truly desire and do whatever it takes to get it.
18:41 Open loops for your offer. Even if they want your offer but do not believe that they can actually do it, they will not be ready to buy.
19:29 That's a part of your job during the Launch Event is to break it down and help them see this simple path forward, and also overcome additional objections.
19:57 An example of this would be during Launch Lab. People believe in order to have a successful Live Launch, they need to have a big audience.
21:00 But I want to help them break that down by showing them specific examples, statistics, numbers, etc.
21:45 I share these data with our clients, but you will also learn to have your own. Write those things that really hit people the right way.
22:09 When we think about teaching, we're really aiming to overcome objections through the venue or through the vehicle of storytelling.
23:50 In Launch Like A Queen, what we do is break it down. We break your topic down and we look at the why, what, and how.
24:48 Now I'm teaching, but mostly I'm just helping you see the way the how and the implementation that's only something I can do with you as a client intent.
25:47 So we're going to do this together. How we do this is dependent specifically on you.
26:20 But that shift alone will create such a more transformational experience for your people.
27:27 Again most people think that they have to teach a lot in order to create a powerful experience.
28:50 Now let's talk about the different types of Launch Events.
29:32 What you want to focus on is, what would my avatar appreciate?
30:10 But when we think about the pros and cons of each, something to consider is attention.
31:10 Again whatever we're thinking about is how much time I need with them, but also what makes sense for them.
32:20 When you can do it in 90 minutes or less, that's a really incredible discipline to build.
33:21 Getting people to come back. That's another skill you just have to master.
33:56 We have a repeated launch event several times last year. We did the Content Lab for six or seven months in a row.
34:32 You’ll have more flexibility and capacity to experiment with new topics because you have the fundamentals, and you know how to effectively take people through this process.
35:15 So I'm always leaning into each of our clients to assess, would we do something a little different this time? Would we do the same thing?
35:44 There are three things, three components that we try to include in the experience itself.
35:50 The curriculum, which is basically the content.
36:02 The community, we're we should always try to create around the Launch Event.
36:45 Then the third part is the coaching.
36:58 As a coach, you need to actually show people how you coach. You want to give people a feeling, and a perspective of your style of coaching.
37:35 A simple way to do this is to do Q&A at the end.
39:06 But when you look at all three, the coaching, the curriculum, and the community, those three together create a real dynamic experience.
39:53 Today we helped you create a powerful promise for your launch event.
40:36 Most of you are not marketers like me, so I’ll specifically help you build that out. That's what people lean on to us.
40:53 In the next episode, we're going to talk about stage four of Live Launching, which is the offer invitation, or the “pitch.” This is the selling piece.
