''And they glorified God because of me.'' (Galatians 1:24).
How many times have people glorified God because of you? And were they the right people? We seek to glorify God in our lives. We seek to have God glorified by our lives.
We see this in Jesus' own words, "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven" (Matthew 5:16). God is glorified through your good works. You do not earn salvation by them. They show your salvation. And people take notice.
Let us hope that they take notice and praise the good rather than remember our sins. Amen.
