Here's your Sunday Pep Talk. You've probably heard of the Sunday Scaries, but did you know you could also suffer from a case of the Money Scaries? Those times in your life when you are feeling anxious, nervous, and fearful about your money. Those are the Money Scaries. I've lived for years with the Money Scaries and have learned a few things about calming the storm.

The first thing you should know is that just about everyone suffers from the Money Scaries. I've worked with people with a lot of money and people with a small amount of money and one that that is certain, they've all suffered from the money scaries.

Focus on the thee A's: Awareness & Acceptance, Action, and Applause.
