Grit has been described as the number #1 predictor of long-term success. We all need to develop our grit to be successful. To do so, you can consider what are you working towards long-term? What will take years and years of hard work, dedication and sacrifice to develop? And then, remember you will experience plenty of obstacles and setbacks – both external and internal obstacles. The key is to focus on the gains, and find an empowering meaning even in the difficulty.
