Time for the next team on our community healthcare journey, and today we’re focusing on pharmacy in the community and how those working in this area positively impact the daily lives of older people in our society.
We’ll spend some time thinking about the ways our patient, Jean, might interact with community pharmacy and we'll consider what daily life looks like for pharmacists and pharmacy staff in terms of distributing medications, rationalising treatment, providing addiction services where needed and offering consultations and lifestyle advice, amongst many other things.
We’ve got all your favourite regular features too, including Paper of the Week, One Minute Topic and our social media slot. Lots to delve into! And as always, we love hearing from you so please get in touch with us. You can find us on Facebook, on Twitter @mdtea_podcast, on Instagram @mdteapodcast or you can drop us an email by writing to thehearingaidpodcasts@gmail.com.
Don’t forget that you can get CPD points for every MDTea episode you listen to as well! Look out for the CPD log at the bottom of the shownotes for each episode over on our website at www.mdteapodcast.co.uk. Hope you’re all keeping really well, and we look forward to seeing you again in two weeks!
