📝 I've spoken at length about my body image, weight loss and recovery from binge eating disorder, so I suppose it's only right that I share what it felt like to relapse.

Recovery isn't linear, but this 'blip' was one that I couldn't fend off with my usual tactics but I did manage to navigate it differently from when I was in the gripes of binge eating disorder.

I hope sharing this makes someone else feel a little bit better or, at least, a little less alone.
