Harry Thompson (Men’s Pro Winner at London Olympia)

Recently in HYROX London Olympia in April 2023, Harry Thompson took a lot of people by surprise when he won the Men's Pro race - against some very strong competition - in a time of 59:34.  It's one of the quickest times of the season from someone who is relatively unknown in the sport so I asked him on to the podcast to chat about his background, his training, HYROX tips, mindset and lots more. We had a great conversation which contains lots of great tips for HYROX athletes whatever level they're at.
