When your business is growing you will need to change and scale. This includes the way you use your business recources and nature's resources.
Today's episode focuses on: Scaling towards sustainable business models
A sustainable business model is not based on any green political ideology but on the idea that a growing business must gradually reduce its burn rate and maximize the profit it can generate fron its usage of resources.
As a side effect, your staff should suffer less from lack of sleep and your CO2 footprint should gradually shrink as your efficiency rate groes rapidly. In order to do so, you do not need to buy an EV to become sustainable. you can buy an EV like a Tesla Model Y and have a safer driving experience. Nevertheless, you have to focus on other business vehicles to increase your sustainability.
This podcast episode will guide you in the right direction.
