Dustin Joost is most passionate about how technology can empower individuals to achieve collective impact. As VP of Sales and Marketing for YourCause, he leads a team responsible for building the Global Good Network, partnering with companies to connect their employees to the causes they care about through employee giving, volunteering, and corporate philanthropy technology. Joining YourCause as an early employee, he has overseen the Global Good Network’s growth to more than 250 corporations, supporting more than 7 million employees across 170 countries. YourCause has helped corporations and their employees give nearly $2B to charities and track over 30M volunteer hours. He's also a partner and board member for Social Venture Partners Dallas, board member for the Dallas Heroes Project, mentor for the University of North Texas' Professional Leadership Program, and formerly co-founded Sales Hacker DFW and served as a board member for Digital Dallas.
