You have a choice. 

To ignore her words and continue with your own plans,

Or get quiet,

Listen, 

Trust,

And follow her guidance. 

So relax your body,

And quiet your mind. 

PAUSE…

Focus on the gentle movements of your body.

The rise and fall of your belly and chest.

The steady beating of your heart.

The air moving in and out of your lungs. 

And just be here in this moment.

Calm,

And relaxed.

LONG PAUSE…

See if you can imagine yourself,

Walking along a path outside. 

It’s covered in leaves, 

And soft against the bottom of your bare feet. 

PAUSE…

The sun is shining,

And the cool afternoon breeze touches your cheeks. 

PAUSE…

Up ahead, you notice the path splits in two,

And immediately, you hear a whisper. 

PAUSE…

There are no reasons,

No explanations, 

Just a subtle nudge to continue to your right.

PAUSE…

Your mind spins and does its logical math.

But your heart already knows what to do.

Trust your intuition…

Let go of the details, 

And follow.
