Hayley has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science BSc (Hons), and was a secondary school PE Teacher for 4 years. She now teaches through her online live workout app and community called Health With Hayley. She enjoys opening up the conversation around taboo subjects such as periods, self-love and empowers women to do the same! In this episode, Hayley and Alice discuss how bodybuilding impacted Hayley's life personally and professionally and how what she thought was a benefit of having no period was actually not good for her at all in the long run.
