Alexx Stuart, founder of Low Tox Life, is back to discuss the toxins in our environment that are harming our health, and how to reduce their effects. We talk about moisture in our indoor spaces – the fallout and the fixes, the importance of gradually ditching ultra-processed food for a whole food diet for our own health and the planet’s, and the best way to make these changes (hint: there’s no one right way – we need to do it the way that works for us!) In addition to sharing all of Alexx’s resources – available in a multitude of avenues from courses to a virtual club to a podcast to two instrumental and inspiring books to a blog and more – I also introduce an app I’ve been trying to help me make quick decisions among product options. And I update you on my move and I share what was giving me a big headache on moving day!
