Alexx Stuart, founder of Low Tox Life, is back to discuss the toxins in our environment that are harming our health, and how to reduce their effects. We talk about moisture in our indoor spaces – the fallout and the fixes, the importance of gradually ditching ultra-processed food for a whole food diet for our own health and the planet’s, and the best way to make these changes (hint: there’s no one right way – we need to do it the way that works for us!)
