This is what I go back to. It’s taped above my fridge handle. "I CHOOSE MY HARD It's hard to be unhealthy It's hard to be healthy I can choose to be healthy because God gives me strength to do hard things." For me, I do have the choice to eat off plan. But I choose not to because I CHOOSE MY HARD. And I can do HARD things through Christ who strengthens me. I don’t have to muster up the strength in my own human self. God provides the strength and helps me. I’m Relyin’ on Him for the help and the strength!!! There is a peace that comes when I surrender over and over and over again to this process. ISAIAH 41:10 God gives the victory! I am still in the process of learning to turn to God for comfort instead of food, but I have definitely made progress.
