Today I’m joined by the brilliant neuroscientist, psychologist, author, and all-round brain whisperer, Dr Sabina Brennan. Sabina has an incredible gift for explaining why we humans do the weird things we do - especially our teenagers! We dive into what’s really going on in the teenage brain: why they’re not lazy (just biologically allergic to mornings), how screens and sleep are tangled in a messy science experiment, and the worrying truth about early alcohol exposure.
