We are here on this earth in a body that is like a space suit. We live in this suit and gather experiences on this earth, that expand our light. Then when our soul feels its time, we get ill, or in some way find our body is not able to sustain the life within itself. When this happens we begin the process of dropping the body and moving inwards toward our light/enlightenment. This episode is about what you can do when you or a loved one is in the process of dropping the 'space suit'. How we can release the fear and struggle when our body is already in the process of dying.
