So close your eyes,

And breathe in deep,

Letting your body and mind know it’s time to slow down.

Exhale the air all the way out,

And sink your body into a comfortable, alert position. 

PAUSE…

Money stories come at us from a young age.  

Money doesn’t grow on trees. 

We can’t afford that. 

Get your money’s worth. 

PAUSE…

What money stories are within you? 

What were you told about money as a child? 

What do you believe about money now? 

Take a few moments to reflect here,

Allowing it all to come up,

Without emotion,

Without judgment.

LONG PAUSE…

If you have money stories that no longer serve you,

If they are not empowering,

You can change these stories,

And choose new ones. 

Your money mindset is in your hands.
