Living Wholehearted Podcast With Jeff and Terra
Kids & Family:Parenting
Every healthy leader has good friends. Our personal friendships help us sustain our integrity over the long-haul of life. So it's worth spending two full episodes to unpack the healthy and unhealthy elements of friendship. Terra Mattson, co-host of the podcast and co-founder of Living Wholehearted, has a candid conversation with one of the Living Wholehearted Executive Coaches, Connie Armerding, about friendship - what it is and what it is not. Connie and Terra were friends before working together at Living Wholehearted. They offer some genuine insights into the myths that run interference, particularly with female leaders, and how we can move toward building healthy friendships. Connie and Terra both coach women in leadership, do organizational development retreats, and love leading the Wholehearted Leadership Cohorts. Learn more at livingwholehearted.com
Terra Mattson is co-founder of Living Wholehearted, a professional counseling, executive coaching, and organizational development firm outside Portland, Oregon, helping leaders live and lead with integrity. She is also the founder and executive director of the non-profit Courageous Girls.
