Or be fear. 

Respond with love,

Or respond with hate (which is really fear).

Love others,

Or fear others.

Today, we are practicing deciding to love.

Deciding to be love.

Deciding to act with love.

Deciding to show love. 

This consciously made decision can have a ripple effect on your entire day,

And on so many others too. 

So breathe…

And gently bring your hands to your heart.

Let them feel the warmth.

Let them hear the soft rhythm of your heartbeats. 

Let them embrace you.

Decide that today, you will love.
