S3, Episode 1: Leaving Kilimanjaro

Welcome to Season 3 of Sea Salt & Parm! In this episode, Mikaela's doing something a bit different and welcoming her first podcast guest: Vince Ruland, aka her dad. In this episode, they recount their summer 2022 climb of Tanzania's Mt. Kilimanjaro, cover a sample of Vince's mountaineering career including Denali and Aconcagua and discuss what it means to leave the objective behind and mourn for something that never was.
