Sarah is the host of the podcast Ask The Therapist and this week Sarah’s answering the questions.
Sarah has worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years, she is a registered Mental Health Nurse and a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
Sarah has a private practice in Wilmslow, Cheshire where she sees her private clients and she runs the Facebook Group also called Ask The Therapist. Alongside her clinical work, Sarah has created a self-help tool for people considering therapy or who have an interest in CBT and want to understand their minds and work on developing the best versions of themselves the tool is available on her website and is called The CBT Journal.
Sarah helps other therapist set up in private practice in the Facebook Group she runs jointly with Heather called [CBT in Private Practice](https://www.facebook.com/groups/115600919128550/. She provides supervision to a small number of other therapist delivering CBT in private practice.
Sarah is passionate about working with people who want to be the best versions of themselves and in creating and delivering effective modern Mental health strategies face-to-face and online.
