General practice is often the first port of call for people with healthcare needs in the community, and it's that world that we'll be exploring today.
What do GP teams do? Who makes up the team? What are the challenges that they face? How has their working life changed since covid? And what ways can they help older people, like our patient Jean, to live well in the community?
We're joined by Adam McClintock (a GP) and Alice Poots (a nurse who has worked both in general practice and emergency medicine). They'll be our expert voices to help us learn more about GP from the inside.
We've got our Paper of the Week, MDTea Wordle, and our One Minute Topic too. All sorts of fun and games for you. If you like what you hear, please get in touch with us on Twitter @mdtea_podcast, on Instagram @mdteapodcast, on Facebook or via email at thehearingaidpodcasts@gmail.com.
