MK-Ultra Part 2: I Had to Do It

In the second part of our series on MK-Ultra, we delve into the ever constant presence of Jolly West and his history and background. We discuss the brainwashing experiments conducted by Jolly West, the power he was given in order to conduct his experiments in testing the human mind, and how he will constantly pop up throughout history in different cases. The first case we look at is Jimmy Shaver, an airman who seemingly was indoctrinated into believing that he had murdered a three year old girl, even though he had no memory of committing the crime. The tie to MK-Ultra? Jolly West was his psychiatrist.
