Martin was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over 18 years ago. Throughout this time, admittedly Martin hasn't taken the best care of his health with the condition, and as a result is currently living with the consequences of that.

Within recent months Martin has completely changed his perspective and management of his Diabetes.

He's dropped 1 stone of body fat.
He's become the leanest and strongest he's ever been.
He consistently hits 90 - 100% TIR days, weeks and months (which he shares inside the Type 1% private group).

He's even recently said that because his management and health is the best it's ever been, he "doesn't even mind being Diabetic anymore".
