Non-Traditional Employment for Women & Tradeswomen

The New York City based non-profit, Non-Traditional Employment for Women, is a workforce development program for women who want to become plumbers, electricians, carpenters and members of other trades. President Kathleen Culhane talks about how the organization provides a a pipeline of qualified workers to the industries that build, move and maintain New York.
