For the 2nd time in two decades, Peggy Manson and fam find the Oktoberfest Medallion

Peggy Manson joined La Crosse Talk PM on Thursday, just a few hours after she, her daughter and their dog Roscoe found the Oktoberfest medallion. It's something of a family tradition for them, and the second time doing so in the past 16 years.
