Before, Mark was admittedly struggling with...

His blood sugar time in range %.
He knew his A1C wasn’t where he wanted it, and was just the average of too many highs and too many lows each day.
He was putting a lot of time, energy, and effort into his training, but not seeing any of the results he wanted - leading to fatigue and frustration.

Since then, he’s “made more progress in the last 6 months, than I have over the last 6 years!”

Mark has built a significant amount of strength and muscle (without spending hours in the gym each day).
Completed a 4km swim, a 6km swim, and his first ever triathlon, all while keeping his blood sugar in the exact place he wanted.
Increased his blood sugar time in range % to 90+ each day, week, and month (where he feels his best).
Travelled to Brazil eating + drinking unpredictable foods, confidently keeping blood sugars in check.
As a result, now has more energy, better quality sleep, clearer focus in work.
