Will 300 Billion Solve Our Flood Issues?

The Environment and Water Ministry have said that we need to allocate 392 billion ringgit for long-term flood solutions. First, we break down that number and look at how much we’ve already allocated. Then, we revisit a show we did with Dr Peter Gan Kim Soon of MERCY Malaysia, that looks into what kind of survival skills we need to be equipped with, to keep ourselves safe during floods.
