This portion concludes Chapter 34 of Tanya. When one learns the Torah, and Torah law, one transforms into a dwelling place for G-d. G-d considers a good thought like a deed. The will to be in one with G-d, even during mundane interactions, as well as giving charity from one's own earnings are also p0aths whereby a person can elevate their lives to the level of a home for G-d. Sacrifices were a way to elevate the physical domain to G-d. This is similar to the affect of charity.
