Although corporate America suits my personality quite well, I’m not a fan of the masculine approach. It shows up in so many obvious and subtle ways that for many it becomes too much and they exit out. From dealing with the good old boys’ club, having to dress and show up in certain ways, and working in a boring and stuffy environment, it’s easy to question whether the sacrifices are worth it.
