Proposed Senate bill prohibits water export outside of Missouri

A bill making its way through the Missouri Legislature would make it illegal to export water OUTSIDE of Missouri without a permit.

It is sponsored by Republican Senator Jason Bean who sat down with Anthony Morabith on Show Me Today.
