This is the tenth in a series of ten episodes that are about inspiration and hope during this time of Covid-19. Most of the interviewees are therapists and offer support and perspective for getting through stressful situations.
The episodes were mostly recorded around late March and early April.
TJ Walsh is a therapist, father, and someone who is very involved in the arts. Physical distancing doesn't mean we have to socially distance ourselves. More and more opportunities to get involved and socialize are becoming available as we are not able to physically be around other people.
TJ talks a lot about the importance of being connected during this time and specifically mentions some great ideas for artists and those who want to be involved with the arts during this time.
