”Modest is Hottest” and how that can actually be destructive #76

Growing up in church most of us heard this saying "Modest is Hottest"

This was coined in an endeavor to create a positive view of modesty as something to be pursued and desired. The problem is that in the culture it was grown in, it now comes with a lot of baggage of shaming women for wearing certain clothes and "Not considering your brothers"

Today we dive into this saying, the culture behind it, how each of us needs to take ownership of ourselves, and how we can have a positive view of the word modesty.
