The sidewalks are as bad as they ever were in 23 years.

After three huge snowfalls, Toronto sidewalks are a disaster. 

Stephen Wickens, a Transportation Researcher and Urban Affairs Journalist, joins us now to lament the fact that our sidewalks are treacherous, especially for the elderly, those with physical disabilities, and anyone walking dogs or anyone trying to maneuver a baby stroller.
