In today's episode I am going to talk about the invisible elements of long covid, and how a comment/observation about my podcast picture, made me reflect on the symptoms of long covid you don't see. How such symptoms make living with long covid challenging, I hope to create a topic for conversation, which can lead to discussions outside of the podcast, raising awareness and greater understanding to employers, friends, family and long haulers themselves on the invisible symptoms. 
On the next podcast, I am going to discuss anxiety, what impact this may have on someone with long covid, and how this has effected me personally, I hope you will continue to join me.
